OUR MISSION STATEMENT We provide high quality orthopedic appliances and expert orthopedic and lymphedema physical therapy. Our Mission is to make the recovery process as short and enjoyable as possible for every patient. Our highly experienced staff communicates closely with patients and referring practitioners to provide optimum personalized treatment. We offer exceptional customer service and fair pricing in a warm caring environment. We strive to be a good partner in the community and support organizations who promote healthcare initiatives in the Spokane area.
ABOUT US
Andrea Baker, PT, ATC, COF founded Dynamic Bracing in 1996 to fill the need she saw to provide quality orthopedic appliances with appropriate fitting and follow-up to patients in the Spokane and outlying areas. Andrea continued to practice as a P.T. at various outpatient orthopedic clinics and her husband Doug joined the business in 1999. In 2008 the business began physical therapy services when it moved to its current location and became Dynamic Bracing & Physical Therapy Inc. Dynamic Bracing & Physical Therapy, Inc. is the physicians' choice for orthopedic rehabilitation appliances, services and Physical Therapy in the Inland Northwest. Dynamic Bracing offers a variety of products and services which includes (but is not limited to) Orthopedic and Lymphedema Physical Therapy, Compression Garments, Custom and Off-the-Shelf Ligament Braces, Post-Operative Braces, Rolleraids, CPMs and more. We are preferred providers for most major insurance companies and will direct bill your insurance company. Andrea is a Spokane native, mother of two, and enjoys gardening, the outdoors, scrapbooking, and softball when she can squeeze a game into her busy schedule. She graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1994 with a BS in Physical Therapy and the Faculty Recognition Award. Prior to that she attended Spokane Falls Community College, followed by Washington State University where she graduated with a BS in Physical Education and became a certified athletic trainer. She enjoys treating patients from youth to geriatric, and enjoys working with low back/sacroiliac pain as well as knees, shoulders and ankles. Treatment of lymphedema is also an area of interest to Andrea.
Renee Compton, PTA, ATC
Renee joined Dynamic Bracing & Physical Therapy, Inc. in 2007. She is an avid cyclist and competes in road, mountain and cyclo-cross racing. She takes a special interest in functional rehabilitation and especially enjoys treating shoulder patients and athletes of all ages. Renee is on the Advisory Board for the PTA Program at Spokane Falls Community College and has served as adjunct faculty and guest lecturer to the program. She received the PTA Advanced Proficiency Award from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2006. Renee graduated in 1986 from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Athletic Training and received her PT Assistant degree from Spokane Falls Community College in 1997.
